Children's Program (L1-L10)
LEVEL 1 – L1
- At this entry level, swimmers focus on mastering basic body positions, gliding, and kicking while enjoying a fun and engaging environment.
LEVEL 2 – L2
- Swimmers progress by enhancing their streamlining and kicking skills, while also learning to back float confidently.
LEVEL 3 – L3
- At this level, swimmers strengthen their kicking techniques on both front and back, and begin to paddle with their hands effectively.
LEVEL 4 – L4
- Swimmers at this level are mastering propulsion on their backs, their freestyle arms and learning underwater skills.
LEVEL 5 – L5
- Swimmers at this level are learning backstroke, freestyle breathing and starting to glide on their back.
LEVEL 6 – L6
- Swimmers at this level are learning freestyle with a board, dolphin kicking and the basics of a race start.
LEVEL 7 – L7
- Swimmers at this level are learning backstroke with continuous arms, freestyle race starts, lateral kicking and treading water.
LEVEL 8 – L8
- Swimmers at this level are learning a backstroke race start and improving their freestyle and treading of water.
LEVEL 9 – L9
- Swimmers at this level are refining their breaststroke kick and increasing their distances for backstroke and freestyle, swimmers start mastering their freestyle starts and finishes.
LEVEL 10 – L10
- Swimmers at this level are perfecting their technique and timing in breaststroke, whilst learning butterfly basics and improving their swimming endurance. Swimmers start refining their backstroke starts and finishes.
